Brief
An obese patient more than 100 kilograms performed our 3 steps program in combination with an adjustment of his eating and sleeping and he gradually reduced eight kilograms in three months. Typical Case
We have a patient whose weight approached 100 kilograms when he was eighteen years old. As he has been obese since childhood, his parents imposed strict control on his diet and tried all possible means to help him lose weight but failed.
After diagnosis we asserted that he was not obese in a simply sense nor free of diseases as believed by modern medicine. Thick fat masses on the inner flanks of his thighs and two inner flanks rub each other while he is walking. The skin there would even be abraded when the friction was serious. All these are obvious symptoms of diseases even though the patient doesn’t feel uncomfortable.
Going on diet for a long time leads to malnutrition which decreases his ability to excrete internal waste. Waste accumulates in his body thus we can see the so-called “fat”. Therefore, the first step is to ameliorate his living habits.
We draft a treating program according to his specific state. First of all, his mother was asked to make three nutritious meals for him every day and encouraged him to take in nutrient food as he likes. He was very happy with it because he was not allowed to eat so many delicious foods before. Next, change his habit of late sleep. Time permitted, he could sleep as long as he wanted. At the same time, he was required to practice our convenient slimming program. One month later, he came to us with an unchanged weight even though his diet was not under control. In the past, he made efforts to prevent from becoming more obese; now uncontrolled eating and sleeping doesn’t bring the predicted terrible result. The patient then grew to believe our method.
In the following days he continued to perform our methods. No control is imposed on his eating, drinking and sleeping. Three months later, the patient lost eight kilograms and he looked thinner than before.
