About This Book

The primary objective of this book is to help you lose weight in an effective and enjoyable manner instead of paving your way to be a TCM expert. For a convenient apprehension and acceptance, language used here is easy to understand and a lot of analogies are utilized to interpret the unique TCM theory on the cause of obesity and its special methods to lose weight.

This e-book does not intend to challenge the authority of modern medicine nor deny its tremendous contributions to human beings. Belonging to different medical systems, TCM and modern medicine view the same problem differently. The result of comparing two different systems is just the same as that Euclidean axiom will be proved wrong if it is verified in non-Euclidean geometry. It is obviously unwise and meaningless to find out which one is right. No “scientific” evidence can be possibly detected if we verify TCM in a completely different system for modern medicine is based on biology, physics, chemistry and mathematics. However, it is this seemingly unscientific TCM that cures a number of complicated and even fatal diseases which modern medicine is unable to cope with. As a matter of fact, the conclusion of claiming TCM unscientific is doubtful in that the verification per se is not scientific.

Obesity is a worldwide headache. A good number of facts have proved our TCM theory and its corresponding method of losing weight correct and effective. Actually, we don’t mean that our theory is the only right one. After all there is no absolutely right theory in this world. Actually, you are encouraged to challenge it.
